You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for medication, in accordance with NHS and GPhC guidance on the return of dispensed medicines for safety reasons.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days. For consultation or service fees, refunds are issued only where no clinical review has commenced.
